ABOUT KAITLIN
An insider’s understanding of schools, translated for parents.
Before consulting independently, Kaitlin spent more than a decade working in U.S. public schools as a school psychologist and dean of students—reviewing evaluations, building support plans, leading meetings, and helping teams determine what students needed next.
Today, she supports families in Costa Rica and the United States. As a mother of three children who have attended private school in Costa Rica for several years, Kaitlin also understands the parent side: evaluating school fit, asking for support, interpreting what a school can realistically provide, and making decisions that feel deeply personal.
This combination gives families a practical bridge between how schools operate and how parents experience the process. Kaitlin helps them identify what matters most and move forward with a focused plan.

QUESTIONS FAMILIES ASK FIRST
Clear answers before you commit.
Where should most families start?
Most families begin with the Student Support Roadmap. It provides an expert review of the situation, a focused strategy session, and a clear written plan for what to do next.
How do I see pricing?
Choose the service you’re interested in and submit the brief pricing request below. Kaitlin will send the current package price and confirm whether the scope fits. No consultation call is required to request pricing.
Do you work with families in private and international schools?
Yes. Kaitlin supports families in Costa Rica and works virtually with families in the United States. Her professional background is in U.S. public schools, and she also brings several years of firsthand experience navigating private education in Costa Rica as a parent. She helps families clarify needs, ask better questions, evaluate available support, and make informed decisions about school fit.
Does my child need a diagnosis or formal evaluation?
No. Families often seek help before they know why a child is struggling. Existing evaluations are useful when available, but they are not required for the Roadmap.
Is this therapy, an evaluation, or legal representation?
No. Kaitlin provides independent educational consulting. She helps families understand school information, prepare for decisions, and identify practical next steps.
